Betel are a Christian charity dedicated to helping men, women and families facing social exclusion, including homelessness, drug and alcohol abuse, and long-term unemployment.
At Betel UK, we're on a mission to transform lives through faith, community and meaningful work. We provide a safe and structured family-like environment, offering peer support to help individuals overcome the challenges they face.
Releasing children from poverty
Compassion UK is a Christian charity passionate about empowering all children to overcome the obstacles poverty puts in their way. Nearly 385 million children are currently living in extreme poverty. Independent research shows that Compassion-sponsored children are more likely to be employed as adults, leaders in their communities and churches. From the womb to early adulthood, they stand for children, giving those born into the toughest of circumstances the opportunities they deserve.
