THE RETREAT
Hope Haven sits in the vast countryside located on the Newark, Lincolnshire border. The retreat, surrounded by woodland and fields, offers uninterrupted views and peaceful surroundings. In all weathers and in all seasons the beautiful accommodation and grounds offer peace and quiet and an opportunity to be still, whilst welcoming many beautiful singing birds, deep red sunsets and a million clear stars!
Hope Haven accepts babies up to walking age, and teenagers between the age of 12-18 (accompanied by an adult).
We sadly cannot accept dogs at the retreat. However, we do have our own furry friend, and he will be very happy to say Hello through our garden fence if you wish to visit him during your stay.
Our self-catering holiday lets are close to many nature reserves, woodlands and river walks spread across the East Trent area. Including places of interest and great food.

THE COTTAGE

The Cottage offers a 'home from home' feel, which includes spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area complete with log burner. The bedroom offers two singles (or a super-king size if requested), with a good sized en-suite shower room. The living area offers a sofa bed, and overlooks open fields, comprising comfortable furnishings throughout.
The accommodation, is attached to the main house, and has its own access door and private garden area. Guests are welcome to use the land in-front of the cottage, which compromises further seating.
THE LODGE

The Lodge offers a residential spec, which means it is built to be used all year around. The rooms are spacious, light and airy. Double doors lead onto a raised decking area and steps lead down to the optional hot tub and lounge area. The two bedrooms compromise 2 king size beds, one with an en-suite shower room and the other a family bathroom. The lodge is double the size of the cottage.
The lodge is very well designed to respect privacy and it has its own fenced area. However guests are welcome to use the land in-front of the lodge. Which compromises further seating.
